• UltraTech 50 Kg Seal Dry is a Styrene Butadine Latex co-polymer that can be used to waterproof, bond and modify mortar or concrete.
• UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is a multipurpose bonding agent that can be used as an adhesive and sealant. UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR works well as an adhesive because it has a consistency similar to latex paint. It can be applied to wet surfaces and will dry within 15 minutes. UltraTech Seal & Dry can also be used as a sealant for cracks in concrete foundations, brick walls, or patio slabs.
• Seal & Dry should not be applied in temperatures below 60 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It is important to avoid freezing or exposing the product to heat because it contains latex content which may cause separation if the product is frozen or overheated. It is recommended that you use the product within two years of purchase and keep the packaging airtight when not in use to prevent separation of the latex content from the polymer. UltraTech Seal & Dry should always be tested on an inconspicuous area of your project to ensure compatibility with your material and overall project goals before applying it to a larger surface area.
